-You agree to hold BikingFlorida.com and it's owners harmless. If you plan a vacation around a review/data here and it goes bad, we are sorry. But we can not control the weather, other people, random events, trail conditions, bears/gators/carnivorous cats/wild dogs/birds of prey/snakes/hungry lawyers/elected officials and other manner of vile beast, sinkholes, rifts in the space/time continuum, political unrest, etc. Our advice is to keep your head up, your eyes open and your mouth closed.
-Trail Data is provided without any need for registration. You only need to register if you wish to post in our forums section. If you have problems registering, you can send an email to admin at bikingflorida dot com.
-Post in a responsible manner. No name calling, threats, bullying, swearing/cussing, racism, bigotry, etc. Posts that violate this simple rule will be edited or deleted.
-Privacy is limited. BikingFlorida will respect your rights, and we will not sell your data. But we also respect warrants. Criminal behavior is not condoned, and we will cooperate with US judical authority. Additionally, this site could be compromised by a hostile third party. Be careful what you disclose.
